Make Video, keep the still

Arm Make Video on a still and Sparkle turns it into a short clip. The original stays in Gallery. Wallpaper reminds you nothing got thrown away.

The story

Built the night it dropped.

July 8, 2026. Grok 4.5 lands, xAI's first real coding agent. Within the hour, one thing is obvious: there's no native Mac app for it. Nothing. You could have one of the most capable coding models ever shipped, and your only desk was a browser tab or a terminal window.

So we started that night. One developer, one Grok agent, working around the clock. Two days later it was done: free, Apple-notarized, and out in the world. We'd tell you it was a carefully planned launch, but you've read the dates.

SuperGrok Mac is for people who want terminal-agent power inside something that actually feels like a Mac. Real project folders. A real shell. An approval gate on every command. Glass panes. Stage wallpapers. Twelve skins. Sessions that come back when you do. ⌘K for everything. The agents got scary good; their homes stayed ugly. We fixed the home.

Is this an official xAI / SpaceXAI app?

No, and we say so loudly on purpose. SuperGrok Mac is independent, fan-built tooling by admirers of Elon and his companies' work. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of xAI / SpaceXAI. Your SuperGrok subscription is their product; the desk is ours.

What do I need to run it?

An Apple Silicon Mac on macOS 14 or later, plus your own Grok access: a SuperGrok subscription or an xAI API key. The app is free; Grok access comes from xAI; see x.ai for plans and API keys. That's the whole list.

What can Grok actually do in my project?

Read and write files, run shell commands, and attach your screenshots, with a diff or command preview before anything touches disk. You pick the leash: Ask, Balanced, or YOLO. The tool log keeps receipts.

Where does the drink money go?

Straight to the developer through PayPal. A cold one at the end of a long build night, and the lights kept on for updates. Drinks never unlock features, because nothing is locked.
