2.6.42 (126): it stays open

Launch stays responsive. Settings no longer crashes. Stop ends the work, including a shell. A session file that cannot be read is left on disk. Split keeps the note in the pane you are using.

2.6.38 (122): the caret stays

Typing in the box keeps the caret when a reply lands. A report is not a click out. Click the stage and the box lets go.

2.6.37 (121): Git Ignore

Settings has a Git Ignore tab. Each file has a switch. On writes that name into .gitignore. Off removes the line. It does not delete the file, and it does not unpublish a copy that is already tracked. Private files recommend on. The shipping charter recommends off. The download names no client.

2.6.36 (120): the public desk

The download names no client. Client and personal details stay in that client's own repo. This public build also carries the desk since 2.6.4: Imagine 2.0 is the default still, a hot chair can queue a note, lanes take a song or a name and the chip says Waiting on that name, a long stage paints the tail and keeps the rest, a session can be granted a name after the work, and a Skills folder gets the desk skills it is missing. A name already there is left alone.

2.6.33 (117): desk skills

A project that already has a Skills folder gets the harness skills it is missing. A skill with that name is left alone. The app does not write into another project's library. The charter the-ship-is-yours sits beside before-you-stop. Read it at the start, and again before a report. End with Nobody asked, but. 2.6.4 (88): two chairs

Split view holds two agents. Each chair keeps its own folder, model, and permissions. Compact session folds the model's input and leaves the stage. The spinner says Compacting and turns gold. Return queues. Stop cancels only the chair you are in. A session can spawn a lane and review the files before the work counts as done. The board is the project's own file.

2.5.6 (82): split view and click-to-focus

Two sessions in one window. Drag the center. Close either pane. Click the quiet side and it takes focus, with no outline. File rails stay per pane. Composer drag-select works again.

2.5.0 (76): Grok 4.7 and compaction

Flagship default is Grok 4.7. The agent loop speaks the Responses API so compaction and web search work. Compact folds model input, not the stage. Auto near 60 percent of the window, or from the Compact session button.

2.4.0 (75) — Grok 4.6 flagship

Grok 4.6 is the new flagship and default. Grok 4.6 Latest pins the newest 4.6 cut. 4.5 stays in the picker as prior flagship. Existing 4.5-default installs promote to 4.6; other explicit picks stay.

2.3.9 (74) — Composer caret + spoken Rewind

Live agent re-renders no longer freeze the typing caret or replay old text. Spoken reply Rewind keeps Pause so you can stop the replay. Builds on 2.3.7 usage links, tray approvals, standing-by law, composer scroll, and code-block wrap.

2.3.7 (72) — Usage links + tray gates

Grok usage opens the real signed-in usage surface. Same deep link from chat plan usage. Top-up, console, and account links verified. Approval card docks on the composer. Standing by law, composer scroll take two, and code-block wrap folded in since the last public cut.

2.3.2 (66) — Real installer window

Drag-to-Applications DMG with branded background and correct icon layout. Move to Applications guard and Sparkle Install and Relaunch still aboard.

2.3.1 (65) — Move to Applications + polish

If you open from the DMG, SuperGrok offers Move to Applications, then relaunches the installed copy. Branded installer window. Settings copy matches Sparkle Install and Relaunch.

Drag-to-Applications installer DMG. Sparkle in-app updates (Install and Relaunch). Live stream plain-text path from 2.2.3 still aboard.

2.2.3 (63) — smooth live stream

Live replies paint plain text while tokens land so the stage stops thrashing. Full markdown renders when the turn finishes. Breathing mark quieter. Goal: typewriter growth, calmer fans.

2.2.2 (62) — session isolation + Imagine polish

Composer draft no longer bleeds across Build sessions. Imagine clear X sits half-on the media corner. Still chip reads Make Wallpaper. Settings fixes from 2.2.1 stay in.

2.2.1 (61) — Settings Model + Agent fix

Model tab no longer wraps one letter per line. Model and Effort stack full width. Settings ink stays locked white on dark chrome so light stage skins stop washing Agent and Model labels.

2.2 (60) — Imagine Gallery + Make Video

Stills and short video in one Gallery. Four ways to open it. Build | Imagine mode pills. Sticky warm glow until Gallery opens. Make Video from a still. Light-stage composer plate. Tray counts. Sparkles never flips back to Build.

2.0.2 (57) — gallery close, Surprise Me, cleanup

Gallery close is one-way and solid (canvas, Hide Gallery, shelf edges). Surprise Me centers the pack you landed on. Video wallpaper and image-tray thumbs clean up properly. Light-stage speech stays readable on cream floors.

2.0.1 (56) — lists, gallery, seat

Nested markdown lists keep real numbers and indent. Gallery strip matches prompt frost with spaced label and rounded corners. Image chip Gallery button opens the tray from Build or Imagine. Relaunch seats on the live tail. OAuth session in Keychain on signed builds. Settings Log is product changelog only.

2.0.0 (55) — long runs + Log

Agent runs no longer die at a tiny tool cap. Soft budget (default 80) is a stretch marker; the same run auto-continues to a hard safety ceiling. Stop still cancels. Settings moved to a left sidebar. New Log tab: hours, days, gist, and titles wired to the session rail rename. Apple-honest ProcessInfo user-initiated activity for long foreground work.

Tray chips that read on busy stages, bare status crumbs, Check for Updates via SuperGrokMac.com, Eye keeps its dark glass.
